Requirements

• Strong understanding of Lead to Cash process flow on Salesforce.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of quoting and advanced quoting scenarios.
• Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy ticketing tools.
• Willingness to work in shift schedules.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
