Pricing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Pricing Specialist will support all aspects of cost proposals including analyzing proposal solicitation requirements to preparing cost and pricing for the final submission of the cost volume. This role requires a high level of coordination and communication with internal customers.

In Short

• Collect, summarize, and analyze financial cost data in preparation of cost proposals
• Review solicitations and define upfront the costing requirements
• Prepare cost proposals for compliant submissions
• Organize detailed pricing documentation for future inquiries
• Provide end-to-end pricing support for contract proposals
• Support a high volume of proposals to meet deadlines
• Perform special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in a Government Contracts environment
• Familiarity with FAR 15 proposals and various contract types
• Experience with PROPRICER or related pricing tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Bachelor’s in Business or Finance
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a government security clearance
