Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Native Advertising campaigns, working closely with sales and account management teams.

• Manage digital Native Advertising campaigns independently.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in the online sector, e.g., as an Ad/Campaign Manager.
• Knowledge of relevant online KPIs and optimization techniques.
• Operational experience with common Native Ads providers.
• Basic knowledge of common tracking systems is ideal.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, independence, flexibility, and teamwork.
• High initiative and strong analytical-conceptual thinking.
• Very good knowledge of German spelling and grammar.
• English skills are desirable.
• Residence in Cologne and surrounding area is a plus.
