E-Commerce Manager - Remote

Overview

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the websites for both our retail dispensary brand and our CPG product brands. This role will oversee all aspects of website performance, including SEO, analytics, content, merchandising, UX, web development, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce websites, excels at problem-solving, and is comfortable managing multiple projects, third-party vendors, and agencies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce websites.
• Strong expertise with WordPress and e-commerce platforms.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and UX best practices.
• Experience managing multiple websites.
• Proficiency in merchandising and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Cannabis or regulated industry experience is a plus.
