We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager with a B2B SaaS background to set an outcome-oriented product strategy and deliver value to our customers. As the Senior Product Manager on the Newbook RV/Campground team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for your service. You will lead cross-functional teams who partner with design, marketing, engineering, sales, and the senior executive leadership team, collaborate with stakeholders, and be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. You and the team will solve customer problems, achieve a set of specific and collectively understood business objectives, and guide the overall direction of your product. Your success will be measured by how well you communicate vision, set expectations and build compelling cases for your strategy.

In Short

Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and market demands.
Identify opportunities to address customer problems and drive incremental business value from MVP through to MLP.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences.
Work closely with key stakeholders to gather input, build consensus, and ensure successful product launches.
Make data-driven decisions and continuously iterate on products to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
Guide and mentor Product Owner direct reports.

Requirements

Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proven experience (8+ years) as a Product Manager in an enterprise B2B SaaS application.
Familiarity working with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Ability to navigate hard conversations and produce desired outcomes for all participants.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
