Stoneridge Software is looking for a strategic Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) to build and lead a consultative, outcome-driven project management practice that enables profitable growth, predictable delivery, and exceptional client experiences.

• Establish and mature a consultative PM model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting delivery or project management.
• Proven experience in building or transforming a PMO.
• Strong financial acumen in managing delivery economics.
• Experience leveraging technology and AI for efficiency.
• Excellent executive communication and coaching skills.
• Consultative and outcome-oriented mindset.
• Strong people leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
