Overview

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow to join our IT Corp team, responsible for supporting users, developing new functionalities, and ensuring the platform's smooth operation.

In Short

• Provide support to users of the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain new functionalities in ServiceNow.
• Implement automated tests within the platform.
• Document changes made in the instances.
• Participate in meetings with internal clients to understand development needs.
• Support the administration and configuration of the platform.

Requirements

• Experience in ServiceNow development (ITSM and App Engine).
• Knowledge of Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
• Experience with Reports and Dashboards.
• Familiarity with creating and uploading update sets.
• Understanding of user, group, and role structures.
