Secure Facility Operator - Remote

Overview

The Secure Facility Operator is responsible for handling secure hardware operations, including managing, testing, and validating payment devices. This role involves supporting the development team with hardware testing, conducting compliance-level device evaluations, and ensuring that all operations follow strict security standards.

• Perform secure setup, configuration, and handling of payment terminals and related hardware.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant technical certification in Information Security, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a security-sensitive operations environment.
• Prior experience with payment terminal operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles and PCI PIN Security Requirements.
• Knowledge of payment device protocols and secure terminal operations.
• High level of integrity and adherence to security protocols.
• Attention to detail with strong documentation skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
