In Short

• Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse product.
• Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the Head of Engineering.
• Author complex technical product documents and gather customer feedback.
• Work with design and engineering teams to develop features.
• Measure product performance and track adoption metrics.
• Support other product initiatives to advance the overall product suite.

Requirements

• Substantial product management experience in a healthcare B2B software company.
• Track record of successful product adoption and roadmap management.
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements to technical audiences.
• Curiosity and a desire to understand and improve product quality.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and leverage automation.
