PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor and Payroll Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor and Payroll Business Analyst to support a major unification and system integration initiative, providing deep functional support across Payroll and Time & Labor modules.

In Short

• Serve as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft Time & Labor and North American Payroll modules.
• Analyze and document business requirements to support system configuration and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with HCM teams for fit-gap analysis and streamline payroll processes.
• Participate in system testing phases, including test case design.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training documentation for stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with labor regulations through system audits.
• Provide remote support in a collaborative project environment.

Requirements

• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor and NA Payroll required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant.
• Proven track record in HCM implementations or upgrades.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote capacity.
• Higher education or healthcare sector experience preferred.
