Overview

As Stampli’s FinTech Support Specialist, you will work closely with our partners, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize our payment processing platform.

• Work with partners, Customer Success, and Product teams.

• Identify bugs and suggest feature improvements.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance and update standard operating procedures.
• 2+ years of experience in payment platforms.
• Proficiency with electronic payments.
• Experience in B2B support within FinTech.
• Hybrid role with 2 days in office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting payment platforms.
• Proficiency with ACH, wire transfers, and credit card transactions.
• Experience in B2B support, preferably in FinTech.
• Strong understanding of financial technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Organized, curious, and motivated to learn.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
