US Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Payroll Specialist will assist in data entry and payroll processing using various payroll software, including Toast Payroll, ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, and others.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries.
• Manage workflow to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Perform a wide variety of record-keeping and payroll processing activities.
• Generate payroll reports and assist with payroll-related audits.
• Work closely with the HR team while maintaining a confidential work environment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of U.S. payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll using major U.S. payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, Paychex, Toast Payroll, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with HR processes and procedures or the ability to learn systems quickly.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
