Overview

The Logistics and Administration Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's export operations, ensuring efficient logistics processes and maintaining accurate records.

In Short

  • Coordinate and manage export shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Provide administrative support to the export team.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for customer satisfaction.
  • Provide executive assistant support to the Chairman and Managing Director.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on products and shipments.
  • Participate in team meetings and strategy development.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Experience in logistics and administration in an export environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
