Utility Account Enrollment Specialist - Remote

Overview

In this role, Candidate will enroll utility accounts through vendor online portals and establishing automated retrieval processes.

In Short

• Maximize the ability for online retrieval of utility bills through registration for automated delivery
• Ability to navigate different vendors websites
• Monitor the successful delivery of the invoices and troubleshoot issues when system identifies invoices were not received as anticipated
• Contacting utility vendors for additional information if online access is blocked or additional information is needed
• Other clerical work to support on-time payment of client's invoices
