As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining and reconciling financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting with various accounting tasks. In Short

• Advanced knowledge of the department's SOPs and ability to identify the connection between the different processes across Vensure.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and monthly close transactional review.
• G/L posting, fixed assets/depreciation, cost-center allocations, prepaid expenses and accrued liabilities support.
• Assisting in audit preparation and responses.
• Attention to detail and assisting the team leader in controlling accounting associates.
• Providing active support in the training of the team itself and in the analysis of complex cases and doubt resolution.
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve processes efficiency.
• Reviewing compliance with KPI's and assisting team leaders in internal reports.
• Natural curiosity - will research and figure out possible requests.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
