Overview

As a Publishing Assistant, you will serve as the founder’s right-hand collaborator, helping bring creative ideas to life and ensure the smooth development and promotion of our titles.

In Short

• Assist in managing the development of children’s books from concept to publication.
• Coordinate with illustrators, ghostwriters, and other freelancers.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review and provide feedback on drafts.
• Organize and maintain book-related files and documentation.
• Support promotional efforts including basic advertising and content preparation for listings.
• Help strategize and execute marketing campaigns across online platforms.
• Research best practices for self-publishing platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP).
• Assist in formatting and preparing manuscripts for publication.
• Keep track of royalties, sales, and promotional results as needed.
