Project Engineering Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Project Engineering Assistant will support engineering tasks related to network and device management for Hilton's technology solutions.

In Short

• TAC calls - call Aruba Support to report an issue
• Reaching out to vendors for X information and maybe even moving vendor over to new network
• Gather vendor network requirements, move over to new network and test/troubleshoot as needed
• PDCs - building out Meraki Dashboard Config to be compatible for Hilton Standards
• Wireless/Wired CRs - Setup Wireless or Wired Connected Room for Hilton's TV solutions
• IPWs - documentation
• Conference tool screenshots - documentation
• Snap imports or port forwards - device information and management
• RF review - heatmaps review and relay any information to engineer
• RMAs - reach out to support for the vendor to replace a defective device

Requirements

• Experience in network management and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with Meraki systems
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues
• Strong documentation skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience in technical support
