Civil Engineering Assistant - Remote

Overview

This role supports the Company Director by assisting with drafting, documentation and project coordination for infrastructure and water-related projects.

In Short

• Produce and edit technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.
• Create diagrams, layouts, and site plans for project documentation.
• Assist in compiling and formatting technical reports and documents.
• Ensure clear record-keeping and version control of all project files.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and quantity estimates.
• Review and adhere to relevant municipal standards and client specifications.
• Help track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or final year student).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
