Remote Nurse or Monitoring Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Remote Nurse or Monitoring Specialist who will monitor patients' vitals and determine whether they are in or out of range.

In Short

• Conduct remote physiologic monitoring treatment management services.
• Call patients for verbal assessment and health teaching.
• Manage computer/on-line guidelines for responding to customer queries.
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Monitor vitals and assess based on patient needs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in an online environment.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress.
• Be available and accountable during established work schedules.
• Follow support processes and comply with organizational standards.

Requirements

• Formal education as a Registered Nurse or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and communication skills in English.
• In-depth understanding of disease processes related to vital sign monitoring.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Clinical experience in inpatient settings is preferred.
