Associate Bookkeeper - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Associate Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable bookkeeping services for a range of clients, ensuring accurate financial records and timely month-end close processes. You will work in a collaborative environment with a team that values attention to detail, continuous improvement, and integrity.

In Short

• Provide monthly and quarterly bookkeeping services for clients.
• Meet highly efficient deadlines for client work.
• Communicate with team members for month-end closing summaries.
• Maintain detailed notes and documents in client files.
• End-to-end bookkeeping for 30-45 clients each cycle.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions for accounts receivable (A/R).

Requirements

• Strong bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
