Affiliate Manager - Remote

Overview

StackCommerce is seeking an Affiliate Manager to oversee and grow our in-house affiliate program for StackSocial.com, focusing on identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliates and optimizing existing relationships.

In Short

• Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant affiliates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance.
• Lead negotiations on partnership terms and commission structures.
• Create and execute an effective onboarding process for affiliates.
• Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Utilize tracking tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships.
• Deep understanding of affiliate industry and monetization strategies.
• Advanced user of Impact’s SaaS platform.
• Familiarity with tracking platforms like AWIN and CJ is a plus.
• Proven track record of recruiting and managing affiliates.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and optimizing commissions.
• Strong data-driven mindset for performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and media partnerships is a plus.
