Overview

As a Senior Programmatic Account Manager at StackAdapt, you will play a crucial role in managing post-sales client relationships, ensuring user adoption of the platform, and optimizing campaign performance.

In Short

• Main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across various verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign goals and strategic optimizations.
• Set up and manage advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP.
• Identify upselling opportunities and improve service efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend new opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings and presentations.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise.
• Experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
• Proven success in managing client relationships.
• Focus on account retention and revenue growth.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with digital advertising trends.
• Experience with complex databases is a plus.
