Overview

As a Senior Programmatic Account Manager at StackAdapt, you'll play a crucial role in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, and client retention.

In Short

• Act as the main point of contact for clients across various verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Ensure successful client campaigns through regular reporting and strategic solutions.
• Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP.
• Identify upselling opportunities and improve services.
• Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance regularly.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to clients.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings and training sessions.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise.
• Experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
• Proven success in managing client relationships.
• Focus on account retention and revenue growth.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with digital advertising trends.
• Experience with complex databases is a plus.
