• Own and create the roadmap for the Email Marketing team.
• Define the long-term vision for the Email Marketing solution.
• Drive product development from MVP to full scale.
• Deliver product specs capturing user needs and clear directions for the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Ensure high-quality results while managing ambiguity.
• Possess a keen design sense to enhance user experience.
• Communicate ideas clearly to build consensus around your vision.
• Martech experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive features to completion.
• Excellent collaboration skills across various teams.
• Preferred background in Computer Science or Engineering.
