Senior Manager, Inventory Development - Remote

Overview

StackAdapt is hiring a remote-based Sr. Manager of Inventory Partnerships and Development. This is a key member of the inventory development team, overseeing strategic inventory partnerships. This individual will be responsible for the development of our inventory (ssp, publisher etc.) engagements as well as strategy, with a keen focus on supply enablement.

In Short

• 5+ years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or account management within an advertising technology company.
• Strong consultative sales skills and relationship building.
• Ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Drive growth across channel formats, focusing on scaling CTV, Audio, Display, & Mobile.
• Partner with team lead to negotiate and structure commercial agreements.
• Assist with supply partner commercialization efforts.
• Regularly participate in partner entertainment and activities.
• Meet and exceed annual goals/targets.
• Self-motivated with a good sense of humor and high EQ.

Requirements

• Experience managing or working with SSPs and/or DSPs.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Strong external and internal customer satisfaction management.
• Ability to partner with technical solutions, product, and engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel as necessary in support of business objectives.
