The Manager of Client Services will lead a high-performing team in Western Canada, focusing on account retention and growth while ensuring best-in-class service.

• Lead a team of Account Managers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Drive account retention and uncover growth opportunities.
• Coach AMs to develop strategic plans for client portfolios.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance planning.
• Identify opportunities for team efficiency and improvement.
• Build strong relationships with key customers as a strategic consultant.
• Provide in-depth client consultation on StackAdapt DSP.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
• Travel as necessary for client engagements.
• Shape team culture and drive StackAdapt’s growth in Canada.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• 5+ years in account management within programmatic advertising.
• Deep knowledge of RTB and programmatic advertising.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other DSPs.
• Strong track record in managing client relationships and revenue growth.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Proven success in data-driven decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in digital advertising trends and innovations.
