Overview

As an Account Manager at StackAdapt, you will play a crucial role in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform and optimizing campaign performance.

In Short

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and improve service efficiency.
  • Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
  • Ensure client campaigns are successful through regular reporting.
  • Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP.
  • Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings and training sessions.
  • Travel as necessary to meet clients.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Real Time Bidding/programmatic media buying.
  • Existing relationships with big 6 agencies or brand direct.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising trends.
  • Experience with complex databases is a plus.
  • Knowledge of APIs and web app integration services.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally.
