Overview

The Senior Pharmacy Relations Coordinator at McKesson is responsible for developing and conducting training programs for the Pharmacy Engagement team, ensuring that employees have the knowledge and support they need to provide excellent service to members.

In Short

  • Develop and conduct training for the Pharmacy Engagement team.
  • Manage onboarding and new hire training experiences.
  • Create and maintain department policies and procedures.
  • Support the Health Mart Atlas Customer Service call center.
  • Conduct assessments to measure training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
  • Develop training materials and aids.
  • Answer inbound calls from pharmacies regarding managed care support.
  • Provide support for escalated customer issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of telemarketing/call center/account management experience.
  • 1+ year of training experience.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and claims adjudication.
  • Experience in developing and delivering adult education.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of industry trends.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with managed care processes.
