As the Local Team Lead for CX & Sales Engineering, you will oversee a team of engineers who design and implement customer solutions on our platform, bridging core CX functions, engineering teams, and customers.

• Comfortable presenting technical solutions to customers.
• Experience working with remote teams and interfacing between functions.
