Overview

Sprinter Health is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist to enhance patient access to healthcare services through effective communication and engagement.

In Short

• Fluent in Spanish is required.
• First point of contact for patients to introduce health services.
• Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily.
• Book appointments and educate patients on in-home services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless patient experience.
• Temporary position through December 31, 2025.
• Completion bonus provided.
• Start Date: October 13, 2025.
• Residence in the eastern time zone is required.
• 2 years of call center experience, with 1 year in healthcare preferred.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (speak, read, write).
• High-volume outbound call center experience.
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Experience with Five9 and Zendesk.
• Experience using a Mac.
