Teaching Assistant - Cyber Security - Remote

Overview

Springboard is looking to hire a Teaching Assistant (TA) who is an experienced cybersecurity professional and is passionate about supporting students to learn the content covered in our Cyber Security Career Track.

In Short

• Provide support via chat and emails to help students progress in the curriculum.
• Be available on time for scheduled TA shifts.
• Respond to students within at most 30 minutes.
• Provide high quality responses to student questions.
• Keep interaction times per student below 30 minutes.
• Notify the Springboard team of planned breaks and vacations.
• Available to answer subject matter questions.
• Empathetic, kind, and have excellent written communication skills.
• Proficient with tools covered in the cybersecurity curriculum.
• Great at time management and prioritizing tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity.
• Ability to cover 20 hours per week during regular business hours.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate interest in student success.
• Effective at guiding learners through content.
