In Short

• Teaching Assistants (TAs) play a critical role in teaching ~25-30 learners in Correlation One’s virtual Cybersecurity training program.
• The TA commitment for our program will be for the duration of 25 weeks.
• Mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding will be hosted with a live session.
• Program Start: March 30, 2025; Program End: September 9, 2025.
• Lectures are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12-2:30 pm ET.
• TA Responsibilities include participating in live lectures and providing support via Slack.
• Provide individual office hour sessions for learners each week.
• Work with fellow TAs and Lead Instructors to improve the learner experience.
• Host review sessions and respond to learners’ questions within 24 hours.
• Attend a weekly TA meeting with C1 staff members.

Requirements

• One year of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field with a degree or approved credentials.
• If no related degree, 2+ years of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field.
• Previous teaching or learner support experience, ideally in a remote environment.
• Post-secondary degree or other credentials in Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Must have a CompTIA Security+ certification; a CySA+ certification might be considered.
