In Short

• Teaching Assistants (TAs) support ~25-30 Learners in virtual training programs.
• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to ensure Learner comprehension.
• Currently adding TAs for Cybersecurity to our Expert Network.
• Participate in the interview process for project opportunities.
• Engage in mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding.
• Monitor Slack channels for Learner questions and provide timely responses.
• Facilitate breakout rooms and assist during lectures.
• Hold Individual Office Hours via Zoom for additional Learner support.
• Grade Learner submissions and provide feedback for program improvement.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and submit weekly write-ups.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Information Security or related field.
• Degree in a technical field.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or related certification.
• Previous learner support experience, preferably in a remote environment.
