This role involves conducting mock interviews for candidates, focusing on front-end development and coding skills.

In Short

• Conduct mock interviews via video calls.
• Three types of mock interviews: Project Walkthrough, Whiteboarding, and Coding Interview.
• Focus on technical discussions and coding challenges.
• Experience as a hiring manager or on an interviewing team is required.
• Knowledge of front-end applications and React is essential.
• Understanding of algorithms and data structures is necessary.
• Experience in software development with JavaScript and React is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Software Development life cycle is important.
• Ability to test, debug, and ensure code quality.
• Welcoming applications from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• Experience as a hiring manager or on an interviewing team a must.
• Experience building front-end applications.
• Experience in React Component Design, API design, and Object Oriented design.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, and coding ability.
• Knowledge of the Software Development life cycle.
• Experience working in software development with JavaScript and React.
