In Short

• Monitor processing activity and investigate unusual or suspicious activity.
• Review and respond to Chargeback disputes.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly merchant activity for increased credit risk.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Document activities and communicate risk decisions.
• Work closely with teams to implement fraud prevention measures.
• 1-3 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent research and customer service skills needed.
• Strong time management and decision-making abilities are critical.

Requirements

• 1-3 years relevant work experience in the merchant processing industry.
• Willing to come into the Kraków office 3 times per week.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with various risk monitoring systems a plus.
• Familiar with card brand rules and best practices.
• Excellent research skills.
• Proven ability in providing excellent customer service.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new systems.
