Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in trust & safety or content moderation.
• Expertise in policy development for emerging threats.
• Familiarity with technical tools like machine learning and SQL.
• Strong skills in risk analysis and incident response.
• Knowledge of global digital platform regulations.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
