Overview

The Personalization (PZN) team at Spotify is focused on making music, podcasts, and audiobooks recommendations easier and more enjoyable for users. This role involves working on products that cater to millions of listeners worldwide.

• Be a technical leader within the team and Spotify.

Requirements

• Experience as a technical leader or mentor.
• Strong background in machine learning and recommender systems.
• Experience with tech specs and modular architectures for ML frameworks.
• Experience in designing and building ML systems.
• Knowledge of feature engineering and scalable data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of ML systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch; Kubeflow or Ray is a plus.
• Experience with generative models is a plus.
