Overview

The Personalization team at Spotify focuses on enhancing the listening experience by providing tailored recommendations for music, podcasts, and audiobooks. This role involves leveraging advanced AI techniques and LLMs to optimize content understanding and recommendation delivery.

In Short

• Act as a technical leader within the team and across Spotify.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role.
• Strong background in machine learning, particularly recommender systems.
• Experience designing and building ML systems at Spotify.
• Proficient in feature engineering and scalable data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of ML systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch; familiarity with Kubeflow and Ray is a plus.
