Product Manager II, Data Platform - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join Spotify’s Data Management Product Area, dedicated to building out an extraordinary data platform that enables Spotify to efficiently produce, handle, and consume high quality and compliant data.

In Short

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Data Observability, Reliability, and Quality tooling.
• Evaluate and deliver solutions through building, buying, or integrating third-party tools.
• Build strong relationships with internal product and data teams to understand their needs.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Find opportunities to modernize and automate through emerging AI capabilities.
• Define success metrics, track adoption, and improve the data experience.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in Data Observability, Reliability, and Quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in the Data Platform domain.
• Experience building or integrating data tools at scale.
• Proficient in modern product development practices.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset connecting platforms, workflows, and business needs.
• Excited about how AI can enhance products and a track record in applying new technologies.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
