In Short

• Work with the Data Platform Product Leader and stakeholders to define and own strategic data stores.
• Define requirements for storing and accessing patient event data.
• Champion best practices for data stewardship and quality.
• Partner with technology teams to maintain data contracts.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries for usability.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency with product management and engineering.
• Enforce data lineage and compliance with governance teams.
• Act as a platform evangelist for trusted data stores.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in healthcare, with focus on data platforms.
• Deep understanding of data concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrated experimentation mindset and data-informed decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and analytics teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with project management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud and BI platforms.
