Fullstack Engineer - Platform Engineering - Remote

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems for the DAM platform.
• Build and maintain APIs (e.g., gRPC, REST, GraphQL) for integrations.
• Collaborate on front-end integrations using React.
• Work with product managers and designers to deliver technical solutions.
• Manage relational databases (e.g., SQL) for metadata handling.
• Monitor and improve system performance for high-traffic applications.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical strategy of the DAM platform.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Identify and prioritize technical initiatives with the DAM Program Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building backend systems, specifically with Java.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and software engineering practices.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and APIs.
• Skilled in SQL and optimizing database queries.
• Experience with GraphQL and front-end API integration.
• Hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols and API security.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization tools.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Nice to have: Experience with localization workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
