Overview

This role is for a Customer Billing Support Specialist who will assist authors with their billing and financial inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.

In Short

100% Remote position based in Argentina.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM.
Assist authors with account balances and payment issues.
Handle collections and follow up on overdue payments.
Process royalty withdrawals for authors.
Help authors update payment methods and resolve transaction failures.
Manage dispute resolutions including refunds and chargebacks.
Maintain accurate records of financial support activities.
Provide customer-focused problem-solving solutions.
Ideal for candidates with experience in financial customer support.

Requirements

Experience in collections, billing, or financial customer support.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
