As a Customer Billing Support Specialist, you will assist authors with their financial inquiries, manage payment issues, and ensure a seamless financial experience.
In Short
Assist authors with account balances and payment issues.
Contact authors regarding overdue payments.
Process royalty withdrawals for authors.
Help authors update their payment details.
Handle refund requests and disputes.
Maintain accurate records of financial support activities.
Work Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM.
100% remote position available only for candidates in Argentina.
Requirements
Experience in customer financial support or billing.
Strong problem-solving skills.
