Overview

This role is for a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer who will be part of a 24/7 operational team providing technical support in IT managed services and automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support roles, preferably 3rd line.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and security.

  • Ability to work in a 24/7 shift pattern.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with IT automation tools and programming languages.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated attitude.
