As a Channel Manager, your role focuses on building strategic partnerships with automation solution software vendors, driving revenue growth, and delivering end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementations.

  • Act as the primary liaison between Speridian and Vendor Partner & Channel teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive relationships within the vendor.
  • Drive revenue by identifying and co-selling opportunities.
  • Align with Vendor's marketing and channel teams for joint solutions.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for engagement.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
  • Strong knowledge of automation platforms like UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible work environment with remote work options.

  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances.
  • Strong knowledge of automation platforms.
  • Experience with large System Integrators.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise digital transformation.
  • Strong track record of driving partner-led revenue growth.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and partner portals.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations.
