IT Technical Writer for NATO Communications - Remote

Overview

This position involves supporting NATO's communication and information technology services through the development of performance-based statements of work, ensuring effective management and coordination within the NCIA.

In Short

• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for selected services/activities.
• Coordinate SOWs within the NCIA.
• Liaise with relevant staff for contract management.
• Excellent IT technical writing and communication skills required.
• Proficient in word processing and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Network and IT operations in an ITIL framework.
• Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with technicians.
• Knowledge of network routing, switching, and IT security.
• Some teleworking may be possible.
• Travel within Belgium may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in technical writing.
• Proficient in using word processors.
• Very good knowledge of IT operations and service support.
• Good knowledge of IT Security and service delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
