Overview

The Lead Systems Engineer – Process Assurance and Certification Engineer at Boeing India will be responsible for authoring and updating certification process documents, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and overseeing system lifecycle development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Process and Certification methodologies.
• 12 to 14 years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Knowledge of SAE ARP 4754 and FAA regulations.
• Experience with DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160.
• Strong problem resolution and process management skills.
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
• Experience with Development Assurance Reviews.
• Exposure to Agile framework is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
