In Short

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone.
• Assist customers with the mobile app, including booking a car and explaining features.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our EV fleet.
• Register customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English Language (B2 or higher).
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Independent Microsoft Office user.
