We provide workflows and services to help brokers achieve transformative growth.

In Short

• Own key product areas related to how agents and agencies manage their book of business.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define product specs and ship high-quality features.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs.
• Conduct user interviews and analyze product usage.
• Act as a subject matter expert in your domain.
• Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and workstreams.

Requirements

• Track record for managing a successful product domain in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to write clear product specs.
• Comfortable navigating cross-functional work.
• Use data to inform decisions.
• Experience with multiple product launch cycles.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Empathetic toward internal and external stakeholders.
