Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Director of FP&A to drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management across the organization.

In Short

• Lead strategic financial planning and analysis for the organization.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting workflows with third-party accounting firms.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Partner with leadership to create and track functional budgets.
• Conduct financial and variance analyses to support decision-making.
• Create dashboards for tracking KPIs and performance.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in business operations, investment banking, or finance.
• Strong strategic thinking and data translation skills.
• Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals.
• Deep analytical and modeling skills.
• Proven project management skills in cross-functional environments.
• Self-starter with ownership mentality.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
